About Carl Wilde

Carl is our Licensee and Principal, plus a much-loved Sales Agent within our company. Carl has been involved in the real estate industry for 21 plus years from Property Management to Sales.

Carl first started into real estate as an investor 21 years ago.  In the early 2000s he invested in residential, rural and commercial property then progressed through to a career in real estate sales in 2010.  Since 2012 he aspired to a role as an owner/director of several high profile real estate brands in the area before launching a boutique local agency CJW Realty, whilst remaining passionate about selling homes and being involved in the selling process.

"It has been a natural progression to be involved in sales and to help others achieve their own goals in real estate as I have", says Carl.

Anyone who has the experience of meeting Carl, whether on a personal or business level, will be sure to tell you about his honest approach to all transactions thought out his life, especially the no pressure outlook offering an enjoyable encounter.
