Carl has been involved in the real estate industry for 26 plus years from Property Management to Sales and Business brokerage. He is accredited in Residential, Rural and Commercial property compliance and studies the annual CPD courses to maintain his REIWA accreditations.
Carl first started into real estate as an investor 26 years ago. In the early 2000s he invested in residential, rural and commercial property then progressed through to a career in real estate sales in 2010. Since 2012 he worked into a role as an owner/director of a high profile real estate brand before launching the boutique local agency CJW Realty, whilst remaining passionate about selling homes and being involved in the selling process.
