Chris Kemp

As an award winning Real Estate Agent, Chris has spent close to two decades selling residential and rural property in the Southwest, predominantly Busselton and surrounds. Chris was born and bred in rural Busselton, is an ex dairy farmer, but also played various sports at a state level, has trained at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra and was also awarded a three-year scholarship to the WA Institute of Sport in Perth. Included was a stint with the Southwest Slammers Basketball and Geraldton Buccaneers teams! When not selling in Real Estate, Chris now donates his spare time to coaching local junior sporting teams, whilst enjoying the lifestyle the southwest has on offer.

Chris’ local knowledge, extensive community networks and strong work ethic places him in good stead to represent his clients in any real estate transaction.

Chris’s farming background has given him invaluable insight when selling rural properties adding another level of expertise to his consultation, as such Chris passed his Rural accreditation with flying colors. He specialises in the Busselton area, surrounding rural regions and land subdivisions. His warm and friendly nature makes him a great communicator and he believes in being open and honest with both buyers and sellers at all times.
